Arriving at the scene, the team is faced with a large-scale terrorist plot, the purpose of which is to prepare large-scale acts of intimidation throughout Europe. Shchepkin's sudden meeting with Sinbad, now an intelligence agent of a foreign state, rewrites the scenario of the special operation. Unknown to his current superiors, Sinbad joins Boris's group to join the long and grueling anti-terrorist operation.
