But excessive self-confidence played a cruel joke on him: once he did not take into account the backup fuse when clearing mines from a bus with civilians in Syria, and after his command the bus took off. Fadeev forever remembered the face of a smiling Syrian girl from the Red Cross... Post-traumatic syndrome forced the sapper to resign.
