The black ambulance is a rumor that was popular in Czechoslovakia in the eighties of the last century. Back then, people were talking about a mysterious black ambulance that drives around at night and kidnaps children and young people. They are euthanized and their organs are then sold by the ambulance crew to rich people in the West for transplants. Folklorist P. Janeček used this widespread superstition to name his books dealing with urban legends. According to them, Czech Television filmed a fifteen-part series and we have selected four of them for you at the end of this year.
