You, Me and the Apocalypse is a bold, adrenaline-fuelled comedy drama about the last days of mankind - boasting a relentlessly entertaining mix of action, adventure, romance and wit set against a backdrop of apocalyptic chaos. The story follows an eclectic group of seemingly unconnected characters around the world as their lives start to intersect in the most unexpected ways. All triggered by the news that a comet is on an unavoidable collision course towards earth. And when we say 'eclectic', we specifically mean, a rebellious priest, an unhinged white supremacist, a mild mannered bank manager, a germ-phobic cyber-terrorist, an American 5 star general and a child who (possibly) rose from the dead. Some of the above are destined to make it to a bunker deep beneath the suburbs of Slough, and as a result will become the hugely unlikely (and frankly, somewhat unsuitable) future of mankind.
34 days to go. Slough bank manager Jamie's birthday is rocked when he is arrested on suspicion of being an international cyber terrorist. But news of an impending apocalypse throws much more into chaos.
33 Days to Go. Jamie enlists the help of his flatmate Dave as he embarks on a mission to find his missing wife Layla, while Fr Jude asks for the assistance of Sr Celine when he is given a the job of searching for the second coming of the Messiah. Rhonda is determined to return to her husband and son before the world comes to an end, but the leader of shadowy cyberterrorist group Deux Ex Machina has other plans for her.
32 Days to Go. Fr. Jude and Sr. Celine try to help a young girl escape an angry mob that believes she is the Messiah, while Jamie's search for his birth mother grinds to a halt when he is again mistaken for Ariel. Rhonda's brother Scotty kickstarts the US government's Operation Savior, while her and Leanne's bid to rejoin their families is scuppered when she is arrested for stealing clothes.
26 days to go. Rhonda horrifies herself when she realises she will do anything to maintain her freedom. Meanwhile, Ariel stumbles on the US Government's biggest secret.
23 days to go. Jamie makes a discovery that leaves him feeling completely betrayed. Elsewhere, Ariel sends Scotty a worrying message and Rhonda realises no one can be trusted.
17 days to go. Deeply unhappy about the choices he has made in the nameof professional duty, Scotty tries to make amends. However, his actions fail to go down well with Gaines.
14 days to go. The end of the world is nigh. Scotty is forced to choose between sister Rhonda and Operation Saviour when he spots a crucial error in the plan to save the world.
7 days to go. With seven days to go until the predicted end of the world, Jamie seriously underestimates Ariel's intelligence when the pair come face to face in uncertain circumstances.
24 hours to go. With just 24 hours until the comet crashes into Earth, the race to reach the bunker is on. Plus, the results of Operation Saviour are revealed to the world.
