Overview
The journalist Emily Gans, who is supposed to take up a position at a large daily newspaper in Frankfurt am Main, inherits a house in Bad Urach from her aunt Martha. In order to settle the inheritance matters, Emily Gans travels to Bad Urach. On the way back to Frankfurt it becomes known that the position to be accepted was canceled at short notice. So Emily Gans settles in Bad Urach and moves into the property she inherited. She has to share the house with the early-retired and oddball chief detective Urban Fuchs. Emily starts working as a reporter for the “Uracher Bote” and from then on uncovers crimes. The former Chief Inspector actively supports her in this.
