It has been performed for years in state theaters and the private theater Ayfer Feray Theatre. This work has also been adapted to cinema three times. It was shot as a movie by Yılmaz Atadeniz in 1963, Atıf Yılmaz in 1971 and Ezel Akay in 2009.
