Overview
"Star Drama Club" is a stage drama program launched by Hunan Satellite TV on April 24, 2014. Zhang Dandan serves as the producer and host, and is directed by directors such as He Nian and Tian Qinxin. There are ten episodes in total. The program succeeds "The Variety Show" and continues the happy positioning of "Thursdays become weekends". It is broadcast every Thursday night at 22:00. For the first time, 10 dramas from the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and three places are put on the TV screen. Together with teams such as Happy Twist and the National Theater, it gathers more than 50 stars such as He Jiong, Xie Na, and Deng Chao to participate in the performance, creating a new form of "television drama".
