Anthology series consisting of six independent chapters with a common setting: the interior of a car. Six stories that represent a journey not only physical for their characters, but that lead them to discover new sides of themselves. From the journey of a paranoia-stricken taxi driver, to the journey of a bride with her father who has just been released from prison. "Asfalt" tells us six stories that drink from widely different styles and genres. Within the narrow space represented by the car, "Asphalt" challenges us to do without large sets and locations and let us be carried away mainly by the text and the performance of the protagonists. It is under this premise that six Catalan directors - Menna Fité, David Moragas, Irene Moray, Roger Padilla, Gemma Ferraté and Laura Garcia Alonso - present the stories proposed by their creator, Enric Álvarez, in collaboration with the production companies Lastor Media and Goroka.
