Extreme cleaning sisters Yvonne and Angela tackle a hoarder's house that is so bad the lady has been sleeping in the shed for the last six years; and father and son team Steve and Jamie have to rid a drugs den of thousands of dirty needles.

Father and Son team Steve and Jamie are called to the home of a compulsive shopper who is suffocating under a mountain of purchases. Maxine and Jasmine tackle a microwave from Hell, and George and Connor have a blood biohazard clean to contend with.

In Wales, extreme cleaning sisters Yvonne and Angela are called to a large house which was abandoned after its young owner had been struggling to cope. The whole place is littered with mouldy food and rubbish, there is an infestation of mice and things go from bad to worse when the water tank leaks, spreading water throughout the house. In Stevenage, mum and daughter cleaning team Maxine and Jasmine are tackling a house that was - until recently - home to 12 cats.

In South London, mother and daughter extreme cleaners Maxine and Jasmine are called to a house that is bursting at the seams with decades of arts and crafts clutter. The owner is determined to clear some space but struggles to part with anything - leading to a frustrating job for the girls. In Crawley, sisters Yvonne and Angela are called to a job by Paula who suffers with anxiety and agoraphobia, and can no longer sleep in her bedroom while the living room is hidden under mountains of rubbish.

Mother and daughter extreme cleaners Maxine and Jasmine head to Dover to help a lady who has been struggling to clean since becoming a full-time carer for her wheelchair bound husband to find a house covered in a thick layer of dust and half-empty cans of rancid pop. In Tamworth, sisters Yvonne and Angela are tackling a two-bed house for a gentleman facing eviction because he hasn't cleaned in nearly three decades. The dirt is so thick in places that Angela resorts to using a chisel to remove it from the floor. There is so much clutter in the property that they need to fill three skips, but they also need to make sure at the same time that they don't throw anything valuable away. In Liverpool, George and Connor are facing a total clearance in a house that's been left vacant for three years. But they get much more than they bargained for; a water leak six months ago means that the property is rotting from the inside out. Floorboards and walls are crumbling so they have to watch their step very carefully.

In Glasgow, Steve and Jamie are called to the rescue of a man who has been struggling since the death of both his partner and best friend only a few years ago. The bedroom became a dumping ground; and he's living, sleeping and eating in only one room which is now covered in rotten food, broken kitchen appliances and cigarette butts. Steve and Jamie have only three days to make everything right and return the gentleman to some normality.In Dover, Maxine and Jasmine are helping a 56-year-old man with learning difficulties. He had stopped cleaning a month after he moved into his flat eight years ago and there's now rubbish everywhere and a toilet that is almost blocked with limescale. Maxine resorts to a powerful acid which strips the toilet clean.In Kent, La'Toyah and Jon Marc also have an extreme case of dirt to deal with. The resident had been struggling to live in the one bed flat alone; the cooker top is thick with grease and the carpet has ground-in food throughout. With only a day to turn the flat around they almost face disaster when the washing machine floods the kitchen floor.
