Overview
Born into a wealthy family, Fang Yifei falls in love with an ordinary young man, Hua Tianqi (played by Zhang Han). Her mother, Shu Yuxi (played by Meng Guangmei), is dissatisfied with the huge disparity in the relationship and designs an engagement between Fang Yifei and her well-matched rival Kang Jie (played by Di Jie). The angry Fang Yifei decides to elope with Hua Tianqi. However, at this juncture, an accident takes away Fang Yifei's life. A woman named Mu Xiaoyan (played by Zheng Shuang) appeared in front of Shu Yuxi. What surprised Shu Yuxi was that Mu Xiaoyan had exactly the same appearance as Fang Yifei. Therefore, Shu Yuxi used Mu Xiaoyan to save the family property. At the same time, Hua Tianqi saw Mu Xiaoyan and thought that Fang Yifei had betrayed him for profit, and was very angry. He decided to take revenge on this ruthless woman, but once again fell in love with her uncontrollably.
