Overview
Special forces soldier Mikhail Tsarev returns to his hometown in the Murmansk region to celebrate with his family the anniversary of his father Nikolai Tsarev, police colonel, head of the local department of the Russian Guard. But right at the festive table of the restaurant, Nikolai is arrested on suspicion of corruption. Mikhail stands up for his father and even starts a fight with the capture group; it is difficult to calm him down. A young but ambitious investigator, Yulia Borisoglebskaya, declares that Nikolai, using his high position in the Russian Guard, entangled half of the entrepreneurs in the city with extortions and must suffer a well-deserved punishment.
