Overview
In Fengtian in 1931, the Japanese Kwantung Army frequently caused troubles and provocations. Xu Guozhen, the main combatant general of the Northeast Army, sent the troops of his only son Xu Wenjie and his adopted son Duoji, who had returned from Germany, to confront the Kwantung Army. Kwantung Army Shao Zuo Toyoda Ichiro was Xu Wenjie's former classmate. He allowed his subordinates to harass civilians and deliberately provoked them. Xu Wenjie ignored the military order of "no exchange of fire" and shot the Japanese invaders with a gun, which triggered a fierce conflict. Xu Wenjie and Duoji fell in love with Ma Shu, an underground party member who was hiding as a doctor. Sharer Ma Shu of Film and Television prefers Xu Wenjie and rejects Dorje; Dorje went astray because of love and hatred, and was used by the Japanese to win over him. From then on, the two brothers turned against each other. When the September 18th Incident broke out, Xu Wenjie commanded his troops to retreat due to defeat. He was separated from Mashu, and the Xu family was destroyed. The Japanese army attacked the special forces frantically, and Xu's troops suffered heavy casualties. Xu was rescued by the bandits' golden bullets and was forced to settle in the bandits' stronghold. Duoji surrendered to the Japanese army and became a traitor, but let Mashu go. Xu Wenjie rescued Jinhua, the daughter of the Golden Bullet, from the Japanese invaders, and Jinhua fell in love with Xu Wenjie silently.
