The comedians arrive and meet their opponents: Nany People, Thiago Ventura, Bruna Louise, Estevam Nabote, Diogo Defante, Marlei Cevada, Igor Guimarães, Flávia Reis, Noemia Oliveira and Yuri Marçal. The game's judges, Tom Cavalcante and Clarice Falcão, explain that there are two goals: not to laugh and to make others laugh. And, from the start, some will show what they are made of.
Making someone laugh is good. But making three people laugh together is awesome! And, on LOL, that means someone managed to strike out more than one player at once. And there are plenty of suspects: a van driver, a cheeky bald man and an angry chicken, all trying to surprise and disarm their opponents. After the first yellow card is given, at any moment, someone may have to leave the game.
Igor, Flávia and Noemia are going for their colleagues with all they have. But they will find out in the worst possible way that going on the offense is not always the best strategy. The outcome is a real comedy saga, with twists and turns, a surprising ending, and an unexpected expulsion. Tom and Clarice add fuel to the fire with a game featuring unexpected smiles and introducing a new game room.

Tom and GKay double down with the Heartbreak Game, a funny tribute to sertanejo music. And with another card, there's a surprising first elimination.
In this busy third episode, comedians seem to think themselves invisible. But with 46 cameras? Fábio Rabin performs his feared Noronha stand-up routine. Rafael Infante plays Valkyria, an uneasy woman who takes down another opponent. There's also Mathy Lemos playing Manjuba, the gym's muscle man. And in a twist, a surprise guest makes an appearance. The return of he who lingered! Who could it be?
Halfway through the game, who is focused on winning and who is just along for the ride? A strong contender falls... Wake up, guys! In the ventriloquist game, a friendly toucan causes a yellow card. Bruna Braga plays Diulema, a piseiro dancer and psychologist. Lindsay Paulino dresses up as a sertanejo queen and Eddy Jr as a cross. And as if that weren't enough, a fierce Godzilla is set loose.
Get ready, the second-to-last episode has everything! Only five remain and there are two hours to go. A comedian returns to terrorize them with Igor Guimarães. Tough break! They must get laughs, but no amount of parkour, Peter Pan, or Méia (a strange town hall employee) can do the job. The only ones laughing are Tom and Gkay. Who knows, maybe the surprising 'lulling dialogues' can get results.
What is this comedy roller coaster? To become the champion of LOL: Last One Laughing Brazil Season 2, competitors need to be strong until the very end. There are no favorites when everyone is a ruthless fighter. And then the show becomes terrifying with Júnior Chicó's revival of Samara and Ed Gama's "Tchan's Baldie".
The game is fast-paced, but time drags. Our comedians still have three hours of show ahead of them. Everyone but Suzy Brasil has a yellow card. If they want to win, they have to take even bigger risks. And so it's time for "Improv LOL Blues", "the Possessed", "the Water Filter", "Challenge Man", and "the Forró Singer". Not laughing is getting harder, especially for everyone's target, Suzy Brasil.
Bombshell! In the second-to-last episode, Tom and Fabiana crack the whip. They want more game, excitement, and comedians giving their all. Why not bring back some of the eliminated competitors? Who can resist a crazy funk song or the "Sandwich Woman"? After the yellow chick and the return of Fausto Silva, they play "Lulling Dialogues". But it's time to learn a hard lesson. Stop the clock!
In the final episode, if you don't play, you're out! Two comedians have half an hour to make someone laugh or else they will be eliminated. It's sudden death time. And with half an hour left, even though this is not a western, comedians must duel face to face. What do they have up their sleeve? In this epic finale, only one will be the winner of the third season of "LOL: If You Laugh, It's Over"!
