Overview
The mysterious murder of the wife of the head of the rescue squad, Georgy Uvarov, shocks the residents of a small town, lost among the forests and lakes of the Karelian Isthmus. On the same day, the family of a local businessman and Georgy’s longtime rival, Dmitry Novikov, disappears. All evidence points to Uvarov's guilt in both crimes. The main character will have to expose his wife’s killer and fulfill his duty as a rescuer - to find Novikov’s family, lost in the forests engulfed in fire.
