In this series, we turn the inactivity all the way up. For three weeks, Christian Fuhlendorff must make everyday life work by taking just 1,500 steps a day. He is allowed to get away with a lot of practical work at home, but how cool is life on the sofa really when it comes down to it? And what consequences does it have for both the physique and the mental energy when you reduce the steps? In three programmes, we follow Christian Fuhlendorff in an increasingly absurd everyday life, where the pedometer maxes out when it is least convenient. Together with Bente Klarlund and her team, we follow the development of his condition. We go out with Fuhlendorff and visit people who put the experiment at the forefront, and we dive into the many possibilities and gadgets of the likeness industry. We tell how people have gone from getting stronger and stronger to now having broken the curve the wrong way and are instead becoming less active and more dependent on aids in everyday life.
