In 1945, after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the Northeast Eighth Route Army captured all the personnel of the Fourth Training Flying Team of the Second Flying Corps of the Japanese Kwantung Army. With the unremitting efforts of the leaders of the Eastern General Administration and the Northeast Bureau and the aviation team captain Lu Haotian, this team of Japanese military instructors was finally moved and they became the instructors of the first generation of Communist pilots. The instructor team also includes members of the Yan'an Aviation Group, members of the Kuomintang uprising, and arrested and released personnel of the Xinjiang Air Force. Such a multi-party force gathered together to train the first batch of pilots in New China under the war environment of lacking aircraft and fuel, constantly avoiding the attacks and pursuits of the Kuomintang army, and overcoming various life difficulties.
