Overview
Larger than life is a six-part Finnish drama series directed and written by Matti Kinnusen, starring Jussi Nikkilä, Misa Lommi, Matti Mäntylä, Mikko Virtanen and Vilma Melasniemi. The series was broadcast on Yle TV1 in November–December 2012. The series tells the story of Anssi (a.k.a. Jussi Nikkilä), who works in the banking industry, and gets ostracized at his workplace. With the collapse of an Icelandic bank, he manages to win a large amount of money with the help of an investor, but with the banking crisis, his family's affairs are at risk.
