Overview
In 1944, during the Anti-Japanese War when the Kuomintang and the Communist Party cooperated, Mu Liangfeng, a captain of the Kuomintang who was a hunter, was ordered to lead a special force to destroy the secret weapons research institute of the Japanese army that developed cyanate grenades. With the help of Zhang Jue and Liu Xiaoxian, underground members of the Communist Party of China, the mission was completed through many difficulties and dangers. But during this period, his father Mu Daming, a staunch communist, was killed, and his wife Liu Yan was also persecuted and lost her memory. Deeply stimulated, Mu Liangfeng arbitrarily believed that the Communist Party was responsible for all this, and began to hate the Chinese Communist Party.
