Overview
In the spring of 1946, the column headquarters of the Shanxi-Hebei-Luyu Field Army of the People's Liberation Army held a military meeting, and the combat hero Lin Huaishan was sent to the Dabie Mountains to perform tasks. He led the advance team members such as Jia Guangming, Wu Hong and Zhang Qiusheng into the small town of Huaibei, and met the juggler Wang Baokun and the thief Tian Fu. A group of six people set fire to the national army's munitions warehouse, captured the bandit Zhang Lianhe, and asked him to lead the way into Liuhe Town. Later, Lin Huaishan and the People's Liberation Army troops led by Ma Honglu defeated Zhao Jiaji and Zhao Jingui brothers. Zhang Yimei, a special commissioner of the Kuomintang Intelligence Bureau, sneaked into Liuhe Town in disguise. She secretly united with Zhao Jiaji to instigate Zhang Lianhe and caused a lot of trouble. Lin Huaishan and others resolved the crisis one after another, and combined with Huang Zhankui, Huzi and others to kill Zhao Jingui, who resisted, and the Zhao family was liberated. Lin Huaishan, Ma Honglu and others welcomed the arrival of the column commander and the main force, and Liu and Deng's army finally advanced into the Dabie Mountains.
