Gabriel Romulo is an actor from the Philippines who became known in martial arts and karate films in the 1970s and action films in the 1980s. He used the name "Ulysses Tzan" in the 1970s, "Jun Santiago" in the 1980s and "Gabriel Romulo" starting in the 1990s.
