Overview
Seon-hee, whose husband, a musician, died, was living in the park with her son, Yong, when she learned that she had lung cancer and was terminally ill. She hides the fact and works for Yong, but her income is so low that she ends up working as a hostess at a bar where her husband's junior, Pil-jae, goes. Yong is an extremely mischievous man who causes trouble, but by chance he gets to know Miyeon, a polio patient and the daughter of a rich neighbor, and works hard to help her recover. Pil-jae is disappointed in Seon-hee's life, but when he learns of Seon-hee's illness, he tries to find money for the surgery, and Yong also tries to earn money for his mother's treatment. Knowing this, Seon-hee entrusts the dragon to Pil-jae despite the help of Mi-yeon's father, and dies at the outdoor music hall where her husband gave a concert and dreamed of becoming a future conductor.
