Overview
Christos, a forty-year-old and lonely businessman, suddenly and for no particular reason decides to move to his hometown of Thessaloniki. His childhood friend Anna lives a calm and uneventful life, while his friend Kosmas, who is an architect, has devoted himself to preparing a historical extravaganza to celebrate the city's 2,300 years. Christos spends his days in boredom, but his meeting with a student, Elena, who is also the star of the multi-theater, brings some light into his life. But Elena refuses to follow him further and when the great celebration of 2,300 years ends, the next day finds Christos again facing the same existential problems, which he had before his arrival in the city of his birth.
