Overview
Thymios is a dreamy stevedore who works at Athens Airport. He keeps pretending he's a pilot. His wish comes true when he meets an old pilot friend, Petros. Petros, wanting to get rid of the nouveau riche Babis Dravalos, who insists on hiring him as his personal pilot on his private plane, sends Thymios in his place. Thymios thus gets involved in a comical adventure pretending to be the mock pilot. In his attempt to pilot Dravalos' plane, he messes up both his job and his fiancee, Vagelio, who learns that Dravalos' beautiful daughter, Suzy, is particularly fond of Thymios...
