Overview
Qiao Shupei (played by Qin Han) and Yin Caiqin (played by Brigitte Lin) are childhood sweethearts and have a deep affection for each other. However, their relationship has been opposed and obstructed by their parents because Yin Caiqin is the daughter of a younger wife and has a very humble status in the family. And Yin Zhenyang (played by Ma Yonglin), the eldest son of the Yin family, also enjoys bullying Yin Caiqin. Yin Caiqin's father was imprisoned. In order to save his father, the Yin family married Yin Caiqin to lawyer Chen Qiao (played by Liu Dekai) as a bargaining chip in exchange. Unexpectedly, Chen Qiao already had a wife. In grief and anger, Yin Caiqin left Chen Qiao. After that, Yin Caiqin and Qiao Shupei finally lived together. Although this life was really hard, people who love each other can always support and encourage each other when they are together. In order to support the family, Yin Caiqin turns to Guan Ruofei (played by Zhou Shaodong) to learn the electronic piano from his teacher and plays the piano in the restaurant. Who knows that the lingering Yin Zhenyang finds Yin Caiqin again.
