Overview
A bombing occurred at a high-end club in Yokohama. Detectives from the Yokohama Port Police Investigation Division, including Takayama and Oshita, begin investigating this case under the newly appointed Chief Fukamachi. Oshita has an idea about the professional who made the bomb used in the bombing, so he investigates on his own and discovers that a group of culprits are trying to kidnap the president of a bank. The plan is carried out, but the gang's aim is thwarted by the efforts of Takayama and Oshita. Eventually, a series of incidents are revealed to be the work of a mysterious secret society called Bremen.
