Overview
Sonia meets Roberto, a terminally ill actor with only a few days to live. They both fall in love. Shortly after, a police officer arrives looking for Sonia, but he is intercepted by a countess, who distracts him and with whom he spends the New Year playing poker, a situation that Roberto and Sonia take advantage of to flee. However, when boarding the plane in which they will escape, Roberto suffers a heart attack. Sonia is captured and sentenced to die in the electric chair for murder, but retains the joy of being reunited with Roberto in the afterlife.
