Overview
Entertainment reporter Yuichi Sugawara (Ryuhei Maruyama) is covering the suspicion of a love affair between nationally popular talent Kaori Hashimoto (Yuri Tsunematsu) and popular artist Isamu Kato (Joe Kujo). The person who leaked the information was Kaori's friend Yuko Noguchi (Yuki Yokoyama). Kaori's father, Koji Hashimoto (Mori Kazama), was a popular actor, but he became the president of an entertainment agency, and now manages the company together with Kaori's manager, Osamu Tamura (Ryotaro Yonemura). Sugawara chases Kaori out of the apartment and goes to the snack bar where Kaori's mother, Tomoko (Yuhi Ozora), who is divorced from Koji, is there. Sugawara has a girlfriend, Satomi Suzuki (Honami Sato), with whom he lives, and a close friend, Shinji Imai (Ryo Katsuji). Sugawara found peace in his life with Satomi and believed that such a life would continue in the future, but in reality, the two of them were not happy with Sugawara's work. One day, Isamu is kicked out of the entertainment industry due to a scandal and the situation suddenly changes. Kaori's existence as a celebrity is threatened after her love affair with Isamu is scooped up, and Sugawara finds himself in the worst possible situation as an entertainment reporter...
