Overview
A young woman, Marina, is on trial accused of kidnapping her child. Years ago, when she was a singer in a nightclub, she met a sailor, Andreas, fell in love with him and married him, despite the objections of his sister and uncle. Shortly after the wedding, Andreas left for a trip and his traces have since been lost somewhere in New York. During his absence, Marina became a mother, but Andreas' family took the child from her and kicked her out of the house. Then Marina was forced to kidnap her daughter and that's how she got to Justice. Now, shortly before the court issues its decision, the missing Andreas appears, who had fled to America, secretly from his family, for treatment of a serious illness. With his return, everything is restored, and Marina's suffering ends in the best possible way.
