Overview
The depressed widow and social worker Rebecca Brandt wants to commit suicide in her apartment after the death of her husband Felix. Shortly before she can put her plan into action, Maximilian Kemper, an old friend, rings her doorbell, with two strangers in tow, the students Inga and Marius, who want to hitchhike to the sea. When several murders were committed in Germany a short time later, they became linked to the fate of the students. Rebecca Brandt is gripped by fear.
