Overview
Vocational school graduate Kostya Adonin goes to work at the plant. Former officer Anatoly Pasechnik becomes his mentor. One day Kostya makes mistakes at work. The compassionate mechanic Mylnikov eliminates the defect and generally behaves in an unpedagogical manner towards the student. In the end, Kostya will begin to reject Mylnikov’s “disservices” and learn to do his job in such a way that he will not be ashamed of it.
