Overview
The circus is a very ancient form of entertainment, which has always fascinated audiences all over the world. Beyond the show, however, it is a small world solved in itself. It all begins when the Circus of Wonders plants its tent in the square of a Ligurian village, a land made of traditions and magic. Here the love is born between the heiress of a large circus family, Sofia (known as the Flying Princess) and Andrea, scion of a rich naval entrepreneur. Sofia and Andrea are not only two lovers, but also the symbol of the meeting between two universes apparently at odds but which can instead merge, discover each other, get to know each other. Their feeling will remind the Circus artists how beautiful it can be to put down roots, and will help bring back a bit of magic in the hearts of those who, like Giovanni Battista Parodi, have forgotten what it means to be amazed.
