Overview
"Artur, a photographer in his fifties, travels to Cabo Frio in the company of Beth, a model with whom he is taking photos for an erotic calendar. Sofia, a telephone operator at the hotel where Beth and Arthur are staying, aspires to be an artist. Upon learning that Arthur is a photographer, she begins to pursue him. A film director arrives in the city to start another film. One of the guest actors, Carlos, is the boyfriend of Sofia, the telephone operator who wants to be an actress. Sandra, Carlos' mother, meets the director for a long time. Beth and Sofia, thinking about their artistic careers, surrender to the director. Arthur's wife arrives at the filming location and begins to criticize the behavior of her husband and the film's director. (Taken from Film Guide, 79)
